F.A.Q.

Q: What is a mantra?
A: Generally a sacred word, chant, or sound that is repeated during meditation to facilitate spiritual power and transformation of consciousness. It is a repetitive way of quieting the mind and focus. It is also a vibratory manifestation or prayer.

Q: What is Sanskrit?
A: The extinct Indo-European language of ancient India.

Q: Why say these in Sanskrit instead of English or another common language?
A: Most languages use words to represent meaning… like a picture of a cat represents a cat but is not a cat. Hebrew and Sanskrit are the not only representative languages, they are also vibratory languages, which mean they affect and shift reality… like the difference between saying “cat” and saying “cat” while meowing like a cat tuning fork that attracts or harmonizes with cats so that they appear and think you are a cat. This is so because everything is energy or energy waves that respond to resonance.

Q: Do I have to be of a particular religion or believe in God or even have faith to do this?
A: No. Mantras work on the same principals of resonance like light, electricity, and sound… so just like it is not religious to use a lamp, it is not religious to use a mantra.

Q: When I’m saying a mantra, am I praying to something?
A: No. When a mantra refers to a Hindu God like Ganesha, Rama, or Lakshmi, it is referring to the archetype (model) it represents… so for example it is like when saying, “I want to be strong like Hercules”—Hercules is not being prayed to… it is the archetype of strength that’s being modeled.

Q: Does doing this make me Hindu, Tibetan, or a part of a specific group?
A: No. Sanskrit is only a language and holds no religious commitment.

Q: Are there benefits to just listening or do I have to say/sing along?
A: Yes. The sound will harmonize with your intention for the specific mantra (Clearing, Wealth, Karma, Universal compassion) and create deliberate harmony and attraction/creation of that intention for your environment and everything and everyone in it. Using your own voice is very powerful and will super charge, speed up, and localize the intention.

Q: What are the benefits?
A:

  • Peace of mind.
  • Better focus.
  • Relaxation, which has been shone to increase productivity and reduce stress.
  • Directly and deliberately affecting your reality.
  • Mood enhancement.
  • Find love and create freedom.
  • Increase ability to receive

Q: Why are all your mantras in the key of B Flat?
A: B Flat is the Universal Constant... it's transmitted here on earth and in space... whales and alligators respond to it... black holes hum to it... the classical composers like Beethoven and Mozart favored it.

Q: How long do I have to listen?
A: As long as you want or as long as it’s comfortable... the more, the better.

Q: How long do I have to follow along?
A: At least the Short Version, which has been optimally designed for effectiveness and efficiency at a minimum of 108 repetitions (approximately 120). 108 repetitions has been proven for 4000 years to be the most advantageous minimum amount to enact change… we’ve also taken into account that you will miss or miss pronounce some of the repetitions so relax and enjoy the process.

Q: What is the best way to use these CDs?
A: Commit to one mantra at a time. Sing along to the Short Version of that one mantra… at least once a day for 40 days (roughly 6 weeks). If you do it around the same time each day, you take it up a notch. If you do it in the same place, you take it up another notch. This is the recommended minimum. The more the better… we also like listing as we sleep. Finally, though not necessary… having a straight back (either sitting, laying, or standing) helps, as well as being comfortable while keeping all limbs uncrossed (so avoid crossing your hands, arms, legs, or ankles)

Q: How can I use these CDs?
A: In so many ways… Here are a few ways other listeners have reported:

  • Before sleeping
  • While sleeping
  • While driving
  • As efficient background music/music
  • While making love
  • Easy follow along meditation that takes no skill or real discipline
  • During movement and exercise like yoga, qigong, walking, cycling, hiking, and more
  • During massage and other healing arts
  • As vocal exercises
  • For individual or group manifestation/creation
  • While driving or stuck in traffic
  • And much more (Please, let us know if how you use them is not listed here.)

Q: How can I learn more about mantras?
