We do NOT share your precious information with anyone. Any personal information and contact information will be kept strictly CONFIDENTIAL and used solely by us in accordance with this Policy.

Mastery Training Systems (“MTS”) is highly sensitive to the confidentiality of information provided by you to us. As a result, MTS has adopted the following Privacy Policy, which is applicable to all information that you provide to MTS and that MTS maintains electronically, whether you provide the information through the MTS World Wide Web Site (the “Site”) or through other means. You should also review our Terms and Conditions of Use as they are also applicable and govern your use of the Site. This Policy does not apply to any information that you may provide to third parties, such as through other sites linked to the MTS Site. You should contact such third parties directly to determine their respective Privacy Policies.

MTS expressly reserves in its sole discretion, and at times and intervals of its choosing, the right to change its Policies and Practices periodically in the future without prior notice to Site Users. You should review our Privacy Policy Statement regularly to be sure you are fully current with our practices and procedures in this area. At present, MTS uses and discloses the information provided by you for the purposes described below. This written Policy discloses the information-gathering and dissemination practices for the MTS Site. This Notice applies to all information collected or submitted on www.masterytrainingsystems.com and www.thegratitudelist.com. As noted above, this Privacy Policy Statement may change from time to time, so please revisit this Notice periodically to ensure your usage of the Site is correct with the policies and practices governing it.

MTS may collect information in conjunction with its marketing and registration for programs and related services and follow up as well as from its program registrants, as part of the registration process for MTS programs and workshop as well as the Power of Awareness Newsletter. From time-to-time, we may also conduct surveys or offer contests or other promotional events, and gather additional information from you in connection with those events. We do not share such information with anyone. Any personal information will be kept confidential and used solely by us in accordance with this Policy.

Primarily, we use your information to provide you with the services available to you. We use your IP Address to help diagnose problems with our server, and to administer the MTS Site. Your IP Address is also used to help identify you and to gather broad demographic information, some of which we aggregate and then share with our strategic alliance partners. We also use your IP address to keep track of the information you have seen on our Sites. We use your name, email address and mailing address, to assist us in communicating with you if you ask us to do so. When applying for a job, we use information on your resume to assist you with job placement.

We do NOT share your information with anyone. You will not hear from third party organizations with whom we have entered into marketing agreements, strategic alliances, or other business relationships. Instead any such correspondence will come directly from MTS.

Cookies are a standard technology used by commercial web services to store small pieces of information on your hard drive, by sending a small string of text to your browser. They make your use of our Site more pleasing and efficient by, for example, “personalizing” your user interface or identifying which parts of a site you have previously visited. Most web browsers automatically accept cookies unless you have configured yours not to accept them. In order for us to provide you with services, your browser must accept cookies, as they are essential for site administration and security. We also use cookies to tailor the information that you receive and for other purposes.

The MTS Site may provide you with links to other websites. We are not responsible in any way for those sites, their content, or policies. MTS cannot control the use of information that you submit once you reach those sites, nor can we control the content of what is offered on those sites or on links from those sites.

We may obtain information about you provided to us by third parties such as credit reporting agencies or strategic alliance partners in order to offer you their services and products, to improve our services, or to evaluate your eligibility for our services. However, we will not release personal information about you to them in any form.

The Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) requires that the Parent or Adult Legal Guardian of children under the age of thirteen (13) must read our Privacy Policy Statement and then sign and return the Parental Consent Form. Upon receipt, we are then permitted to allow such child/children to post materials and generally participate in the activities of our Site. In addition, MTS requires the permission of a parental or adult legal guardian for anyone under the age of 18 to participate in the activities of our Site.

Consent for Participation of Children–Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) MTS’s own internal policy guidelines and compliance with COPPA require the consent of a parent or legal guardian before allowing anyone under the age of 18 to register, online or otherwise, for one of its programs. Consent of the parent or adult legal guardian of any such minors must be provided by completing and returning the Parental/Legal Guardian Consent form.
