We do NOT share your precious information with anyone. Any personal information and contact information will be kept strictly CONFIDENTIAL and used solely by us in accordance with this Policy. Mastery Training Systems (“MTS”) is highly sensitive to the confidentiality of information provided by you to us. As a result, MTS has adopted the following Privacy Policy, which is applicable to all information that you provide to MTS and that MTS maintains electronically, whether you provide the information through the MTS World Wide Web Site (the “Site”) or through other means. You should also review our Terms and Conditions of Use as they are also applicable and govern your use of the Site. This Policy does not apply to any information that you may provide to third parties, such as through other sites linked to the MTS Site. You should contact such third parties directly to determine their respective Privacy Policies. MTS expressly reserves in its sole discretion, and at times and intervals of its choosing, the right to change its Policies and Practices periodically in the future without prior notice to Site Users. You should review our Privacy Policy Statement regularly to be sure you are fully current with our practices and procedures in this area. At present, MTS uses and discloses the information provided by you for the purposes described below. Information Collected
MTS may collect information in conjunction with its marketing and registration for programs and related services and follow up as well as from its program registrants, as part of the registration process for MTS programs and workshop as well as the Power of Awareness Newsletter. From time-to-time, we may also conduct surveys or offer contests or other promotional events, and gather additional information from you in connection with those events. We do not share such information with anyone. Any personal information will be kept confidential and used solely by us in accordance with this Policy. |
Use of Information
Primarily, we use your information to provide you with the services available to you. We use your IP Address to help diagnose problems with our server, and to administer the MTS Site. Your IP Address is also used to help identify you and to gather broad demographic information, some of which we aggregate and then share with our strategic alliance partners. We also use your IP address to keep track of the information you have seen on our Sites. We use your name, email address and mailing address, to assist us in communicating with you if you ask us to do so. When applying for a job, we use information on your resume to assist you with job placement. |

Information From Third Parties
We may obtain information about you provided to us by third parties such as credit reporting agencies or strategic alliance partners in order to offer you their services and products, to improve our services, or to evaluate your eligibility for our services. However, we will not release personal information about you to them in any form. |
Parental or Legal Guardian Permission
The Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) requires that the Parent or Adult Legal Guardian of children under the age of thirteen (13) must read our Privacy Policy Statement and then sign and return the Parental Consent Form. Upon receipt, we are then permitted to allow such child/children to post materials and generally participate in the activities of our Site. In addition, MTS requires the permission of a parental or adult legal guardian for anyone under the age of 18 to participate in the activities of our Site. Consent for Participation of Children–Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) MTS’s own internal policy guidelines and compliance with COPPA require the consent of a parent or legal guardian before allowing anyone under the age of 18 to register, online or otherwise, for one of its programs. Consent of the parent or adult legal guardian of any such minors must be provided by completing and returning the Parental/Legal Guardian Consent form.
