Billing

Please take care of your payment before your Session or Martial Arts class begins. For your convenience with reoccurring charges, MTS can receive Direct Deposits from Bank of America and Wells Fargo or charge your credit card.

Financing

Marvelous Migun offers the option to finance your training, through Health Ready Financing. Client financing was created for people who don't want to tie up their traditional credit sources with self improvement debt or those who simply don't want pay out-of-pocket at one time. Late Payments

For payments that are:

  • $500 or less, the Late Payment Penalty is $50 for the first late day and $5 per every late day there after.
  • Between $501 and $2500, the Late Payment Penalty is $100 for the first late day and $10 per every late day there after
  • Between $2501 and $10,000, the Late Payment Penalty is $150 for the first late day and $15 per every late day there after
  • $10,000 or more, the Late Payment Penalty is $200 for the first late day and $20 per every late day there after

Late Arrivals

Vision Quests

  • Start time on Arrival Day is 5 pm unless specified otherwise in writing.
  • $500 per hour Late Arrival Penalty (the MTS hourly rate) towards our Charity Fund.
  • If 2:01 or more hours late on Arrival Day, your Vision Quest has to be rescheduled at 50% Rescheduling Fee and terms will be reevaluated.
  • If the Client does not speak with MTS by 10 pm on Arrival Day, the Client has forfeited their Vision Quest.
  • No penalty for early arrivals.

Consultations & Appointments

  • $20 Late Arrival Penalty towards our Charity Fund.
  • If 0:15 or more minutes late, your appointment has to be rescheduled at $100 Penalty Fee and terms will be reevaluated. No shows, forfeit Consultation.
    No penalty for early arrivals.

Day Long Trainings & Workshops

  • $20 Late Arrival Fee towards our Charity Fund.
  • If 0:45 or more minutes late, your Training or Workshop has to be rescheduled at $100 Penalty Fee and terms will be reevaluated.
  • No shows, forfeit Training or Workshop.
  • No penalty for early arrivals.

Transformational Fighting Arts

  • If late, you miss it.
  • Students know to start exercising as soon as they arrive.

Rescheduling

You may reschedule:

  • Up to 45 days in advance for free.*
  • Between 44 and 37 days in advance, for a 10% Rescheduling Fee.*
  • Between 36 and 28 days in advance, for a 15% Rescheduling Fee.*
  • Between 27 and 19 days in advance, for a 20% Rescheduling Fee.*
  • Between 18 and 10 days in advance, for a 25% Rescheduling Fee.*
  • Between 9 and 4 days in advance, for a 30% Rescheduling Fee.*
  • 3 days in advance, for a 35% Rescheduling Fee.*
  • 2 days in advance, for a 40% Rescheduling Fee.*
  • 1 day in advance, for a 45% Rescheduling Fee.*

* Percentage of Total Program Fee.

Transfers

  • Transfers to other MTS programs will be honored. Rescheduling Fee will apply if within 45 days of the scheduled Training.
  • Transfers to other participants will be honored. Rescheduling Fee will apply if within 45 days of the scheduled Training.

Cancellations

  • Scheduling requests will be honored. Rescheduling Fee will apply if within 45 days of the scheduled Training.
  • No shows, forfeit their tuition.
  • Cancellations, forfeit their tuition.

Training & Workshops

If you are not pleased, we are not done. We will go the distance for you... but we can't do it without you and your total commitment!

If you are not satisfied after completing your Training or Workshop, (including the follow-ups), you will be reimbursed for your Tuition minus expenses such as food, supplements, travel, lodging, and any other hard costs spent on your Training or Workshop.

This means that you participated fully, followed all instructions, completed all assignments, and finished the Training or Workshop, then personally and directly notified your Trainer at the end of your Training or Workshop and communicated that you were not completely satisfied and specifically described what was unsatisfactory so they had an opportunity to make it right... So after they did their best to make it right, you are still not satisfied, we will gladly return your Tuition minus any hard costs.
